Through a joint venture with Area Properties we currently own a well know shopping centre in Kiev,  over a 4 year period (including the recent credit crunch) we successfully increased the annual turnover from $3m to $10m by replacing 300 poorly performing traders with 72 established international brands. 

Forward purchase of apartments which have been either sold or retained for investment.

Land for residential development, currently in the pre planning/zoning stages.
